Ciao family and friends!!
Tonight I will get set apart which means I will officially become a missionary- crazy!! And, it also means that tomorrow I will get dropped off at the MTC to officially start my service. I really can't believe how fast this has all gone. It seems like maybe a month ago I was working on my papers and opening my call, but I am so excited the time is finally here! I am honestly so humbled at the thought of all the wonderful, albeit challenging, experiences that lie ahead and of course wonderful people that I will meet. I know my Heavenly Father has called me to Rome for a reason and I'm sure I will soon begin to find out who and why Italy is the place I am meant to be for this next year-and-a-half.
I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior Jesus Christ, and I can't wait to bear his name and share his love. Nothing I have found makes me as happy- genuinely and purely happy- as his gospel.
I am just so, so very grateful for all of the wonderful friends and family who have helped me become the person I am and have shown me so much love and support, especially in this decision to serve a mission. Thank you buckets!!! I love you all and ciao till next Monday when I will be writing from the MTC!
